ABOUT ESTG

Engineering Services and Technical Group (ESTG) Inc. was established on May 3, 2001 by M. Joseph Ogundu in Sterling Heights, Michigan. In May of 2006, the company moved its office to Southfield, Michigan, where it is currently located. The company started as a quality and manufacturing engineering consulting firm with emphasis in helping customers improve quality, efficiency and productivity through the implementation of lean manufacturing management and lean business principles.In 2006, the company expanded its scope to include operations/ business turnaround and risk management through the application of lean manufacturing management principles, activity based costing and lean financial management. We have completed several turnaround and Kaizen projects that yielded substantial and excellent results and financial benefits for our clients.

We pride ourselves in helping organizations and corporations restructure and turnaround their businesses through utilization of effective operations and financial strategies that are anchored in the tenets of lean manufacturing and total quality management principles. We assist our clients to institutionalize the concept and principles of lean manufacturing management, total quality management and lean business principles throughout their respective business enterprises starting from the corporate office to the manufacturing floor.
