Product and Process Launch Support
ESTG Inc. has the capability to assist our clients in the project management of product and process launches at the manufacturing or prototype facilities. Our launch activities include providing the program management support required to free the client's engineers and other personnel to concentrate on design, process changes and implementation that are absolutely necessary to complete the launch on time.
ØPre-Launch Activities
¨Development of new Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEAS) as well as review and update of existing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis. ¨Tracking and managing Prototype issues as well working with engineers and other stake holders to resolve pending issues prior to launch. Provide status report to management as
required. ØLaunch Activities
¨Track and manage product and process issues during launch. Work with engineers, production personnel, technicians and management to resolve the issues.
¨Report status of daily launch activities to client management as required.
¨Assist in tooling and equipment installation, tryout and debug.
¨ Track and maintain status and records of tools and equipment delivered by suppliers prior to installation in the facilities. Develop and maintain statistical plot of the launch curve.
¨ Document lessons learned from both pre-launch and ongoing launch activities and provide report to client.
