LEAN IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY AND METHODOLOGY
ESTG Inc executes Lean Manufacturing Management and Lean Six-Sigma in our client’s facilities using the following methodology. Our goal is to help our clients transform their organization using Lean Manufacturing Management and Lean Six-Sigma concepts to drive change and improve revenue, profits, quality and business processes.
¨Provide executive overview and coaching to top leadership using ESTG Inc’s developed lean module.
¨Identification of Stake Holders and Champions from each of the process areas or departments by the company and provide training for employees selected as Lean champions and trainers.
¨Identification and selection of implementation team members and the team leaders.
¨Train team members, team leaders, champions and other employees using lean and quality modules.
¨Work with team to assess and map out the current state and value stream of each station, process or department including identification of Value Added and Non-Value Added operations.
¨Develop and map out the value stream of the system or process, including analysis of the processes with regards to Value Added and non-Value Added operations – VALUE STREAM MAPPING.
¨Develop and propose potential new state of the system to maximize value added operations and minimize non value added operations taking the following lean tools into consideration:
§Lean Production and Lean Assembly Processes
§Lean Materials Management System
§ Lean Processes for non production areas of the organization
§ Lean Process and Plant Optimization
¨Implement the new process and train all employees on the new process.
