Product Containment and Sorting

Though, there are many companies that provide this service, the approach at ESTG Inc. is different from those of our competitors. We believe in documenting the issues and developing statistical charts of the issues for our customers. Based on the charts, our customers will have the data they need to resolve the issues at their facilities. Also, we can work directly in our customer’s process points to identify and contain the defects. Doing so will minimize or eliminate the sorting activities at your customer’s facilities. ESTG Inc. will provide the following services for our clients or customers:

¨Sorting of Parts, Components, Assemblies, Modules etc at our customer’s facilities as well as OEM assembly and component plants.

¨Develop, analyze and plot statistical data of specific product defects that we identify and provide status reports to the customer.

¨Assist the customers in troubleshooting at their respective facilities to resolve the quality issues and eliminate the defects.

¨Contain the defective parts, components, assemblies and modules from entering the value chain (customer facilities, assembly lines, work stations and machine station or cells, etc.).

¨Communicate and work with our customers and their customers to identify the root cause of the defects and resolve them using their customer’s established standards

and guidelines.
